Collections Analyst

FieldBridge, LLC seeks a Charlotte, NC-based Collections Analyst to work for a global water technology company. Weekly pay every Friday + Benefits.

$32.51/hour | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, hybrid (2 days WFH) | OT opportunities available | At $32.51/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,788.05 gross.

Position Overview
Join the Charlotte team of a global water technology company as the link between the business and its customers on outstanding payments. You will monitor assigned accounts, contact customers by phone and email, and keep cash flowing. Great fit for someone with 1-3 years of collections or credit experience who wants a stable, hybrid role.

Every dollar collected keeps a global water technology company moving. Utilities, municipalities, and industrial customers count on its products and service, and healthy cash flow helps fund both. As a Collections Analyst, you are the voice that keeps customer accounts current. You will review aging reports, reach out by phone and email, resolve billing questions, and set up repayment plans that work for both sides. You will work in SAP and HighRadius, build real credit and finance experience, and enjoy two work-from-home days each week. If you are organized, personable, and persistent, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and aging reports
• Contact customers by phone and email to start the recovery process and secure payment
• Negotiate payments and prepare repayment plans to increase collections
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Act as liaison between creditors and customers, documenting activity in SAP and HighRadius

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collections or credit experience
• Strong phone and email communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to reconcile accounts
• Comfortable in a cubicle office environment, onsite in Charlotte 3 days a week
• SAP, HighRadius, and credit experience preferred
