Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company:
  • As a Collections Associate on CLIENT's Collections team, you'll serve as flexible, floating support across our full suite of 8 products spanning all CLIENT entities (Client.com LLC, Divvy, and Invoice2Go).
  • No two days look the same in this role - you'll move between products and queues based on where the team needs you most, supporting case influxes, providing backup coverage, and stepping in wherever collection efforts need reinforcement.
  • You'll be equipped with comprehensive training essentials to build fluency across our products, then given the autonomy to float where the work is. The Collections team owns the end-to-end collections process - reviewing each account to determine the best approach, then executing that plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue.
  • The ideal candidate brings collections knowledge and experience, possesses a customer centric mindset, and is able to contribute strongly individually and as part of a small but high performing team to optimize collection efforts and deliver on critical financial targets.
We'd love to chat if you have:
  • 1-2+ years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial services or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to learn, adapt and train on new processes and procedures - this role touches 8 products, so adaptability is essential
  • Comfort with a highly variable day-to-day, shifting between products and case types based on team needs
  • Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships within a dynamic organization
Top 3 Requirements:

  • 1 2+ years of direct collections experience, preferably in payments, fintech, ecommerce, or financial services
  • Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and execute new processes across multiple products and case types
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the
  • ability to prioritize and balance shifting workloads across several queues simultaneously
Top 3 Preferred Qualifications:
(Skills and experience that are not required but would be highly valued; exceed expectations.)
  • Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards)
  • Experience providing flexible/floating or cross-trained support across multiple products, teams, or workflows
  • Prior experience in fintech or SaaS collections environments with multiple product lines.
