Collection Analyst
Tulsa, OK | 100% Onsite | Direct Hire
Are you a results-driven professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and making an impact? We are seeking a Commercial Collection Analyst to join a growing Tulsa team. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, resolve outstanding balances, release credit holds, investigate discrepancies, and help improve overall cash flow.
Responsibilities
Monitor accounts and identify outstanding balances
Review and take action on credit hold accounts
Investigate past-due invoices and payment issues
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes
Communicate with customers to secure timely payments
Resolve credit and account-related concerns
Maintain accurate records within accounting software
Qualifications
2+ years of business to business collections in a fast-paced office
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
