Description:

Colleague Health and Wellness Specialist - Onsite Admin

This role provides onsite advanced administrative support to our Colleague Health and Wellness department, serving as a key point of contact for employees, leaders, and clinical partners. Working with a high level of independence and discretion, you'll manage confidential health records, coordinate appointments and compliance requirements, and support workers' compensation and return‑to‑work processes. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Employee Health, Human Resources, and regulatory requirements-along with a commitment to living our Mission, Vision, and Values every day.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7 am to 3:30 pm
  • Open to three 8's or four 6's within business hours and FTE
  • .6 FTE (24 hours per week)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with workers' compensation claims management preferred.
  • One year in multi-functional office setting required.
  • Human Resources or Employee Health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and high volume of work.
  • Use of basic office equipment (calculator, copier, FAX).
