Set up, operate, and monitor collating machines.
Review job tickets and ensure accuracy of materials being collated.
Perform quality checks to confirm proper sequence, completeness, and alignment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing finished jobs for shipment.
Previous experience in collating, finishing, or printing operations preferred (training available).
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Direct-hire, full-time position with long-term stability.
