    Description

    Job Title : Collaboration Engineering Analyst
    Location : Remote
    Duration:6-12 months
    • Looking for 3-5 years of experience ideally
    • Will execute against defined rollout and implementation plans for collaboration technologies
    • Perform hands-on configuration and customization in partnership with internal IT teams
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across collaboration tools
    • Document solutions, workflows, and standard troubleshooting procedures
    • Figuring out the different controls on the tools and how it impacts customer experience
    • Configuring controls
    • Setting up workspace for testing
    • Working with Security team to set up SSO, Active Directory, etc.
    • Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., O365 or similar)
    • Systems/IT generalist background
    • Documentation/PowerPoint work
    • Being a critical thinker is important
