Night Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cold Warehouse Associate to join its distribution team. This position works in a refrigerated warehouse environment and plays an important role in preparing customer orders for fulfillment.
 
The Cold Warehouse Associate will prepare totes with ice, pick and organize products, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently for the local fulfillment team.
 
Work Schedule

• Sunday: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Monday through Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Must be available to work overtime when required based on operational needs

 
Key Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently within a refrigerated warehouse environment
• Prepare totes by adding ice and organizing orders prior to fulfillment by the local team
• Receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently
• Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damaged products
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to support proper product usage and freshness
• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and place items into totes for shipment
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to support a positive customer experience
• Process returns, complete required data entry, and return products to designated warehouse locations
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory control procedures and physical inventory counts
• Support stocking, replenishment, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping activities
• Utilize warehouse management systems, including PkMS/WMS, to complete daily tasks in an automated distribution environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to prevent injuries and protect product integrity
• Follow all client policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable DEA regulations
• Develop a strong understanding of distribution center workflows and complete assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision

 
Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, picking, stocking, or inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
• Ability to read and understand English product descriptions, labels, instructions, and warehouse documentation
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to maintain accuracy while completing warehouse tasks
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercise sound judgment when resolving problems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the required evening schedule and overtime when needed

 
Compensation

• Base Pay: $20.50 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
