Cold Storage Sr. Project Manager

Project Manager should have: Relevant experience in managing construction projects, particularly in cold storage facilities or related fields.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of cold storage construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
