Cold Storage Sr. Project Manager
Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. Job Description
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of cold storage construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Cold Storage Sr. Project Manager should have: Relevant experience in managing construction projects, particularly in cold storage facilities or related fields. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local regulations in Houston. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
