Job Description
We're seeking a dependable Case Picker to support warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled food distribution facility. This role requires working in refrigerated and freezer environments while unloading trucks, moving products, operating material, handling equipment, and assisting throughout the warehouse as needed. Responsibilities
- Unload and load products from trucks onto pallets safely and efficiently
- Receive, process, organize, store, pick, pack, and ship products
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Sit-Down Forklift
- Manually move products and materials throughout the warehouse
- Read work orders and follow verbal instructions to complete assignments
- Record quantities of products moved and handled
- Sort products before loading and unloading
- Assist with general warehouse support and light maintenance duties
- Help in other warehouse areas as business needs require
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
- Previous Sit-Down Forklift experience required
- Previous cold storage/freezer warehouse experience required
- Experience working in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environments preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
