Cold-Chain Foodservice Refrigeration Mechanic

You Will
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial refrigeration systems.
- Service walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-in units, and more.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
- Install, repair, and replace equipment and system components.
- Use pressure and temperature measurements to evaluate system performance.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment efficient and reliable.
- Support commercial food service and refrigeration equipment across customer sites.
- Pinpoint issues and determine accurate, cost-effective repair approaches.
- Operate tools safely and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.
- Show up with a professional appearance and deliver top-tier customer service.
You Have
- Background as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, HVAC/R Technician, or Service Technician.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong command of refrigeration fundamentals and cycles.
- Experience resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
- Hands-on familiarity with commercial refrigeration and/or food service equipment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics confidently.
- Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and the independence to work solo.
Compensation & Tools
Earn $21–$35 per hour, DOE with a company vehicle provided.
