Job Title: Coiling Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Roselle, IL
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM (3-day weekend: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday off!)
Pay: $19.25
Position Summary
Our client in Roselle, IL is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a 2nd Shift Coiling position. This role focuses on machine operation, precision measurement, quality inspection, and product packaging with strong hand-eye coordination-all within a convenient 4-day workweek schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate and assist with running machinery in the Coiling department with ongoing support from lead technicians.
- Quality & Measurement: Use precision gauges to measure inner (ID) and outer (OD) diameters; detect and report any defects or material issues to shift leads.
- Packaging & Material Handling: Carefully package finished coils and safely manipulate conduit materials.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all workplace safety regulations.
