8+ years of experience as an IBM Cognos Developer.
Develop and maintain ad hoc reports for Claims and Finance modules.
Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics/Report Studio.
Experience working with Health Enterprise (HE) systems is mandatory.
Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on business requirements.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and report generation.
Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and validate reporting requirements.
