Cognitive Performance Specialist, LCSW (POTFF)

The Cognitive Performance Specialist, LCSW supports the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program by developing and applying evidence-based interventions that enhance cognitive performance, mental readiness, and behavioral skills for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. The CPS provides individual and group education, training, and consultation focused on adaptive thinking, executive function, sleep, emotional control, goal setting, visualization, and related performance strategies. This role collaborates with human performance professionals to support SOF brain health, cognitive readiness, and optimal performance in high-stress training and operational environments. U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required for contract performance. This position is pending upon contract award.
