Join us as a Coffee & Tea Field Account Specialist
Fuel workplaces with great coffee and elevate customer experiences while providing route relief coverage. You’ll deliver, merchandise, service equipment, and grow sales across an assigned list of accounts.

- Be the go-to: support the ASM (Area Sales Manager), spot opportunities, and solve issues fast.
What you’ll do
- Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products for assigned routes.
- Clean and verify equipment is operational; perform at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check).
- Service each customer on the set daily schedule.
- Handle invoices, inventory, and collections while on route.
- Boost performance by closing distribution voids on core items, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and ensuring beverage stations meet standards.
- Escalate customer issues to the ASM promptly and follow through for resolution.
- Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities when running route relief.
- Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer initiatives.
- Learn brewer basics to make minor repairs or adjustments.
- Use the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell) to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty; make sales calls when time allows.
- Support as needed with warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service activities.
Schedule & driving
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Route delivery experience a plus.
- Customer service background preferred; foodservice experience desired.
- Clean and solid driving record.
