Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technicians to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on commercial espresso and coffee equipment. This is a field service role with a company vehicle provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment (La Marzocco, Rancilio, Eversys, Mahlkonig, Mazzer, etc.)
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) visits
- Install new and used equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues on-site
- Manage service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records in our system
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Order parts and manage inventory for jobs
- Work independently while coordinating with the service team
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial espresso/coffee equipment (preferred)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Basic computer skills for service tickets and emails
- Willing to travel
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Coffee industry / barista experience
- Manufacturer training/certifications (La Marzocco, Rancilio, etc.)
- Prior field service experience in foodservice equipment
