The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and batch processing, along with a solid understanding of utility business processes such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), Billing, Metering, Financials, or Work Management. We are seeking an experienced COBOL Mainframe Developer with a strong background in the Utilities industry to support the development, maintenance, enhancement, and production support of mission-critical mainframe applications.
