Job Title: Tacker

Summary
Installs pre-sewn skins over foamed plastic and/or fiberglass substrates creating finished interior components to be installed in Cobalt Boats. (ie. leanbacks, cushions, side panels, hatches, driver seats, and motor boxes)

Must be very detail oriented; knowledgeable of boat interiors to identify specified components; general knowledge of operating power tools and hand tools safely; must be able to operate industrial steamer in a safe manner; must be able to read and execute build instruction from work orders;
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
