What You'll Do as a Inspector:- Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to verify proper coating coverage
- Perform coating touch-up work under a microscope using hand tools
- Use pliers, cutters, and other small hand tools during board assembly processes
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Enter basic production data into a computer system
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality standards are met
What You Need to Bring to the Inspector Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good vision and finger dexterity
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English
- Ability to sit and work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- General knowledge of electronic components preferred
- IPC-A-610 training preferred, but not required
- Willingness to cross-train in other positions as needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
