About the Role:
Join Connect Staffing Agency of Georgia as a Coater - General Labor in Dalton, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team, where your contributions will directly impact the production process and product quality.


Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Monday through Thursday 
• Occasional Fridays based on production needs and customer orders
• Overtime may be required as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate coating machines to apply various finishes to products.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect coated products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist in training new employees on coating processes and safety measures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must agree to complete a background check
• Must agree to complete a drug test screening 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be dependable and able to fallow attendance policies.
