Coal Mine Ticket Agent (part-time, seasonal)
The ticket agent will assist customers with purchasing, modifying, or cancelling tickets; answer inquiries, providing schedule information, and resolving simple ticket issues; handle cash or card payments, managing cash drawers, and issuing refunds; maintain records and assist with basic cleaning/ housekeeping of the ticket office as needed.
