Requirements / Qualifications

Current CPR/AED Certification, First Aid Card, Coaching Certificate, NFHS Concussion Certificate, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate, NFHS Heat Illness Certificate and knowledge of adolescent psychology required. Valid TB test, Fingerprint clearance, Keenan course completions, and all other RJUHSD mandated certificates. All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website. Please note: First Aid and CPR/AED must be a hand s on training course, we do not accept on-line courses.

• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation ((Preferred) Please provide three references who can speak to your coaching experience/knowledge)
• Resume (Please provide 2-3 references in your resume)

These positions will assist the Varsity Head Coach in the day to day operations of the Wrestling program. Coaching assignment and compensation to be determined prior to hire. Previous coaching and/or playing experience is preferred. A coaching philosophy and style in alignment with education-based athletics and the Inside Out Coaching Initiative, and/or the willingness to be trained in these areas, is required.
