POSITION SUMMARY Responsible to guide and direct students in a successful football program at the high school level.

DUTIES Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities and developing a feeder school program.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a high school football coach in a successful program.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to get along with students and parents.
• Ability to motivate athletes.
• Experience as a football participant at the high school or collegiate level.
