Job Title: Co-Packing Associate

Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12 Hour shifts/2-2-3 Schedule

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Co-Packing Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for packaging feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position in a clean production environment focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Package feminine hygiene products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble retail packaging and prepare products for shipment.
• Label, seal, and pack finished products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
