Co-Owner Veterinarian, Small Animal GP, Equity Stake

A small animal general practice in the north Atlanta metro is hiring a full-time Co-Owner Veterinarian with a buy-in and a meaningful equity stake.

This is a partnership model rather than a corporate one, with no mandated protocols, no corporate formulary, and no production quotas. The role includes routine surgery and dentistry and a voice in equipment decisions.

• Clinical autonomy, with a voice in equipment decisions

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited school
• Valid Georgia veterinary license, or eligible
• Small animal general practice experience
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
• Genuine interest in ownership, with the judgment and communication skills to work autonomously
