Co-Owner Veterinarian, Equity Buy-In, No Quotas

An established, AAHA-accredited small animal general practice in the greater Charleston area is hiring a Co-Owner Veterinarian to join as the partner doctor.

The hospital currently has two doctors and a loyal client base. This is a partnership model, not a corporate one: no mandated protocols, no corporate formulary, and no production quotas, with the doctor in control of medical decisions.

• Real equity stake purchased through a buy-in, with distributions based on hospital performance and equity share
• Partner financing with loan support available through the partnership network
• Buy-in amount, financing options, and historical distributions shared early in the conversation
• Join a two-doctor team as the partner doctor
• A voice in equipment, hiring, and scheduling decisions
• Leadership training and mentorship from experienced partners

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited school
• Valid South Carolina veterinary license, or eligible
• Small animal general practice experience
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
• Genuine interest in ownership, with strong judgment and communication skills
