    Description

    During your co-op, you will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation and configuration projects for IBM's public sector clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to CRM systems, business process design, and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative consulting environment. At IBM, we prioritize continuous learning and mentorship, and as a co-op you could advance to our full-time Associates program after graduation, based on results and performance.

    • D365 CE Configuration: Gain exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules) under the guidance of senior consultants.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with client personnel to document business processes and translate them into D365 configurations.
    • Testing & Documentation: Assist in testing, validating, and documenting D365 configurations to ensure they meet client business requirements and public-sector compliance needs.
    • Project Exposure: Participate in CRM implementation activities including system design, data migration support, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Co-op Schedule: Year-long co-op at Penn State University Park, starting May 2027. Work up to 20 hrs/week during classes and up to 40 hrs/week during academic breaks.
