Clark Construction is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to the rising Seniors of Winston Churchill High School. We are currently recruiting for our next cohort of our High School Co-op Program.
3-4 hours a day (15-20 hrs/week), M-F, during the 2026-2027 school year.
Primarily located in the McLean, VA office.
This is a paid position.
Business Function & Project Support
The team member will perform a variety of work activities to support any number of business functions for Clark Construction Group, located in the McLean, VA office. The various functions could include: Purchasing, Contract Management, Finance, HR, Virtual Design and Construction, Marketing, Strategic Partnership Program, Office Services, Project Controls, or others. The team member may work on reports/reporting, document review, organization, business transaction support, audits, quality control, supply management, applications, compliance support, and/or other duties as assigned.

Team members in the Co-Op program will work with and get exposure to an exciting industry, a very strong team, and be part of a company with a 120-year legacy. Promptness, good communication, curiosity, initiative, results orientation, and follow through are characteristics of a great future team member.
Candidates will go through an interview and selection process in order to receive an offer to participate in the program.
The Physical Side of the Role: This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You’ll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. The role does include desk time in the office that may require prolonged periods of sitting for tasks like computer work, document review, and meetings.
