    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with Director, faculty/staff/students to build a community of practice
    • Coordinates Summer STEM Academy activities and experiential learning
    • Coordinates Service-Learning opportunities
    • Assist in the execution of events and programming, including workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and university events
    • Collaborate with Network with Project Director, faculty, staff and students to develop and enhance undergraduate research and programming
    • Coaches and/or mentors students using a range of strategies to build efficacy and competency among mentors/mentees
    • Creates mentorship program of students underrepresented in STEM Fields

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • High energy and enthusiasm to work with faculty/staff/industry leaders/ peers
    • Actively involved in current trends in research development
    • Strong Interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of STEM fields and licensing requirements

    Working Conditions:

    • On Campus, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required to execute the position's role
