CNO Analyst/Developer (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking an experienced CNO Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of advanced cyber capabilities for mission-focused environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions and technical capabilities.
• Support reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and technical analysis efforts.
• Develop and enhance solutions across a variety of operating environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support integration efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and improve mission-focused solutions.
• Document technical findings, processes, and developed capabilities.

Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Python, and/or Perl.
• 5+ years developing in Windows (.NET, Visual Studio), UNIX (Makefiles), or specialized platforms.
• 4+ years developing CNO tools and techniques.
• 2+ years developing CNO tools for U.S. Government use.
• 2+ years experience with network socket programming and packet-level development.
• 2+ years experience implementing evasion techniques for IDS and network security bypassing.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
