GENERAL SUMMARY
This part-time position at CNCC's Craig campus provides front desk coverage and administrative support for Student Services. Reporting to the Registrar, the position assists with student information system (Banner) processes related to admissions, registration, immunization records, and transcripts. The position also assists with general Human Resources processing and provides support to Student Affairs and other college departments.
As a point of contact for students and visitors, this position answers questions, assists with student paperwork and campus tours, and coordinates with Housing to create student identification cards. The position works collaboratively across the college to provide welcoming, accurate, and responsive service that supports student retention and success.
Limited travel within the college's service region and occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during peak periods.
