Your impact

• Configure and calibrate CNC machines to meet exact specifications and production goals.
• Load raw materials, secure workholding, and verify alignment for best-in-class results.
• Continuously monitor machining cycles; adjust offsets and parameters to uphold quality.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to consistently deliver accurate components.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and strictly follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate across shifts to enhance efficiency and refine setup standards.
• Record production metrics and communicate concerns to supervision without delay.

What you need to succeed

• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, electric pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Experience working with robots or robotic cells.
• Keen attention to detail and quality.
• Understanding of CNC practices and machining concepts.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfort standing and/or walking for an entire shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, climb, and perform other repetitive physical movements.
