Our dedication to quality ensures our tools consistently offer superior performance, giving our customers a significant competitive edge.We are seeking a full-time, on-site CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder at our Springvale, ME location. The CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grinding equipment to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Key responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production, adjusting parameters, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools.Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance.Perform quality control using precision measuring instruments.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Required Qualifications:Proven experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines. 1-3 years minimumStrong knowledge of tool grinding principles and techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.High school diploma or equivalent. Location: Springvale, ME - relocation offeredSalary: From $23/hr and above, commensurate with experience Benefits/CompensationPTO after 90 days401k and profit share after 1 yearCompany covers 75% of cost up to $1000 monthly for medical insuranceDental and Vision insurance offered
