## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the workplace.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC technology preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
