What you’ll take on

Deliver day-to-day field service across the local market: repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues; support sales efforts and deliver light user training when needed.
Communicate clearly with operators, programmers, maintenance leads, and managers.
Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Own your service cases and projects; keep accurate customer records and technical documentation.
Pitch in on additional related tasks as assigned.

What you bring

Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Customer-first mindset with clear, professional communication.
