Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Machinist preferably proficient with lathe set ups, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. Experience with Fanuc controllers preferred but not necessary.

 

Job Types: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Duties
- Operate CNC machines such as Swiss turning with live tooling and sub spindle. Also bar feeder controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Use a variety of tools including bore gauges, hand tools, and tooling to perform precision machining
- Program CNC machines using CAM software for efficient production
- Perform quality checks using GD&T principles to ensure parts meet specifications

Qualifications

Requirements
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with a variety of machining tools and equipment
- Knowledge of CAM programming for CNC machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Skills

  • Manufacturing experience a plus
