What You'll Be Doing


+ Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines producing precision components

+ Install and adjust tooling, machine offsets, and production settings

+ Perform tool changes and monitor tool wear throughout production

+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation

+ Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement equipment

+ Troubleshoot machining and quality issues, making adjustments as necessary

+ Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to achieve production goals

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area


What We're Looking For


+ Minimum of 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience

+ Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or other Swiss-style CNC machines

+ Proven setup experience including tooling changes and offset adjustments

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Strong understanding of tight-tolerance machining practices

+ Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

+ Reliable work history and a positive team-oriented attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
