Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate CNC lathe/mills machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC set-up. program and operate and machining processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
