Financial Empowerment | Technical Expertise | Freedom to Grow
At Ellison Technologies, we give our sales professionals the autonomy to build and grow their territories—and we back that freedom with a highly competitive compensation structure directly tied to performance and results.
As a CNC Sales Engineer, you won't be selling alone. You'll collaborate with an exceptionally skilled team of applications, engineering, service, and manufacturing experts who can support you across virtually any opportunity you uncover.
You'll operate in an established and dynamic manufacturing market where you'll have the flexibility to develop creative, business-driving solutions for your customers. Our expansive portfolio of CNC machine tools and manufacturing technologies gives you the ability to solve a wide range of customer challenges and deliver solutions based on genuine business value.
The TerritoryThis position will primarily focus on the Charlotte, North Carolina market.
The exact territory may be tailored based on a combination of the successful candidate's experience, technical background, geographic preference, and our business needs. Our goal is to put the right person in a territory where they have the greatest opportunity to build relationships, create value, and win.
What You'll DoThere are several backgrounds that could lead to success in this role.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with:
Don't have direct CNC machine tool sales experience? We still want to hear from you.
We would strongly consider someone with hands-on experience in areas such as CNC programming, machining, tooling, workholding, fixturing, manufacturing engineering, or applications engineering who has the personality and drive to transition into outside sales.
We may also consider a successful B2B territory salesperson who has demonstrated an ability to learn sophisticated products, develop new accounts, and sell solutions rather than commodities.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You're a hunter—but you're also a problem solver.
You enjoy getting through doors, asking good questions, and learning how manufacturers actually operate. Rather than simply selling a machine, you want to help customers identify opportunities they may not have recognized themselves.
You can combine technical understanding, relationship building, business acumen, and creativity to deliver solutions that make customers more productive and competitive.
And you want the freedom to build a territory where your results directly influence your financial success.
