We’re a fast-growing, full-service signage and branding company seeking a skilled
CNC Router Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is essential to the production of custom signs, architectural elements, and branded displays for major national accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC router machines to cut and shape sign materials (acrylic, aluminum, wood, etc.)
- Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and material layouts
- Load and unload materials on the CNC table with care and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Work closely with fabrication and design teams to ensure precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience operating a CNC router (preferably in the sign industry)
- Familiarity with tools such as EnRoute, Flexi, or VCarve is a plus
- Basic understanding of G-code and machine setup
- Ability to read shop drawings and understand measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
