CNC Programmer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Tyler, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while working in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
• Create and modify CNC programs to meet production requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Design machining features and determine machining processes
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Conduct test runs and make program adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and rulers
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Programming and CNC Machining experience required
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of machine calibration and equipment maintenance
• Experience working with measuring and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools
