CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:
- 5+ yrs of Swiss / CNC Machining exp required **OR **5+ yrs of CNC Mill Programming exp required
- Able to independently set up Swiss machines & edit programs to take parts from print to finish required
- Programming exp on 3, 4 or 5 axis Mills using MasterCAM required
- Experience with Leadwell & Okuma Mills or Simultaneous 4 or 5 Axis Mills preferred
- Citizen, Tsugami, Star, or Tornos Swiss Machines exp preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:
- Programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills using Mastercam for aerospace and defense parts in a high-mix, low-volume shop
- Duties include selecting tooling and workholding, creating setup instructions, improving processes, and assisting with quotes
- Additional duties may include tooling selection, program edits, inspection, troubleshooting, and taking parts from blueprint through production while supporting other machinists
- Additional duties include maintaining quality standards, training employees, and guiding machinists on proper tools and procedures
