    Our Client is a leading manufacturing company specializing in the Aerospace Industry. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their dynamic team.     Responsibilities:

    • Utilize CAD software such as Mastercam, CATIA, or SolidWorks to create 3D and 2D models of parts and components.
    • Develop CNC programs using CAM software to control machining equipment.
    • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision.
    • Perform machine setup, including tool selection and fixture design.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs as needed.
    • Maintain documentation of CNC programs and tooling data.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CNC programming techniques.
    • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in CNC programming.
    • Proficiency in CAD software such as Mastercam, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
    • Ability to create 3D and 2D models.
    • Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation.
    • Familiarity with various CNC equipment and machining centers.

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed
