Overview
Our lathe program is growing faster than our bench of programmers, and right now a handful of critical jobs are sitting on one persons shoulders. We need an offline lathe programmer who can pick up those programs, own them, and start writing new ones for twin spindle, twin turret machines with live tooling and bar feeders. If you know MasterCAM and you think in terms of spindle synchronization and tool paths, this seat is yours to define.

What we bring
Delva Tool & Machine is an AS9100 Rev D certified shop in Cinnaminson, NJ, building precision aerospace and defense components. We hold tolerances to plus or minus 0.0002 inches across aluminum, stainless, titanium, and tool steels, running two shifts on Vertical Mills, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, and Mazak 5-axis horizontals with robotic loaders and automated pallet systems. The parts you program here fly and matter, and the equipment on our floor gives you room to actually solve hard turning problems instead of babysitting old programs.
