CNC Production Technician

A day in the life

Your shift kicks off at 7:00 AM. You review work orders, don your PPE, and bring our production line up to speed. You’ll prepare and start up machines, load raw materials, and keep a close eye on performance. Throughout the day you’ll make minor adjustments, verify quality, and keep detailed production records—wrapping up by 5:30 PM with a clean, organized work area ready for the next run.

What you’ll handle

• Set up and operate production machinery according to orders and safety procedures
• Continuously monitor equipment, spotting and addressing issues early
• Load inputs and stage/remove finished parts efficiently
• Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm quality specifications
• Perform basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain uptime
• Complete routine care: cleaning, lubrication, and visual inspections
• Accurately record throughput, scrap, and quality checks
• Keep your station orderly and compliant with 5S principles
• Follow all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE

What you bring

• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and quality
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious work style
• Ability to interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or specs
• Comfort using hand tools and measuring devices (preferred)
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
