What You’ll Do
As a CNC Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for

• Leading and supervising a team of CNC machinists and assembly associates to meet production goals.
• Planning and assigning work to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained.
• Training team members on CNC operations, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting schedules to meet manufacturing demands.
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching, and taking corrective actions when needed.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a CNC machining department.
• High school diploma; some college coursework in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CNC machining, especially milling with 5-axis machines and Fanuc controls.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and continuous improvement techniques.
