    Schedule: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM (Third Shift)

    Your Night at New Hudson Facades

    At 9:30 PM, you step onto a clean, organized production floor where architectural façade components take shape. You review the night’s work instructions and blueprints, load aluminum and steel into CNC and fabrication equipment, and set machine parameters for the first run. Throughout the shift, you’re the steady hand—starting cycles, monitoring feeds and speeds, making precise adjustments, and verifying every dimension with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. When something looks off, you pause, troubleshoot, and bring your supervisor and teammates into the loop so production stays on target.

    What You’ll Handle

    • Safely set up and operate production machinery for consistent, high-quality output
    • Load raw materials and parts; stage jobs according to specifications
    • Monitor equipment performance and fine-tune machine settings as needed
    • Use precision measuring tools to inspect completed parts against specs
    • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production standards
    • Flag quality concerns promptly and report equipment issues
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance
    • Accurately record production counts and quality results
    • Keep a tidy, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols
    • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve nightly targets

    What You Bring

    • Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or manufacturing (preferred)
    • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn—training provided on our equipment and processes
    • Basic math and computer proficiency
    • Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
    • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance for the full third-shift schedule
    • Commitment to safety and teamwork
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

    Physical Realities

    • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
    • Lift and move up to 50 pounds
    • Work overtime or weekends when production requires
