Your impact
- Transform prints into accurate parts on CNC mills and/or lathes
- Own process control: dial in offsets, manage tool and insert changes
- Protect quality: read blueprints and verify dimensions in process
- Measure precisely with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and more
- Support setups—or lead them if that’s your strength
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience on CNC mills and/or lathes
- Confidence making offsets and performing tool/insert changes
- Setup experience is a plus (not required for all roles)
- Blueprint reading and quality inspection experience
- Comfort with standard precision measuring tools

Compensation, schedule, and perks
- Up to $32/hour based on experience
- 4-day work week
- Overtime available
- 2nd shift premium: 10% per hour (hourly wage)
