    Your mission

    Advance precision manufacturing in Oxford, NC by turning engineered drawings into perfectly machined parts. You’ll own setups on lathes and mills, maintain quality in-process, and keep equipment reliable—so the line keeps moving and customers get components they can trust.

    Key outcomes

    • Consistently produce in-tolerance components by setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills per specification.
    • Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate machining plans.
    • Safeguard quality by monitoring cycles, inspecting results, and adjusting as needed.
    • Reduce unplanned stoppages through routine maintenance and effective troubleshooting.
    • Elevate throughput and repeatability by collaborating with engineering and production.
    • Maintain complete, accurate production records and machining documentation.
    • Promote a safe, orderly environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

    Credentials & capabilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent; CNC machining certification preferred.
    • 3+ years of hands-on CNC Technician (or equivalent) experience.
    • Proficiency with G-code/M-code and practical CAD/CAM use.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of machining processes, tooling strategies, and materials.
    • Strong problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Comfort operating independently while collaborating effectively on a fast-paced team.
    • Clear, professional communication with a safety-and-quality focus.
