We are a precision manufacturing shop specializing in CNC press brake forming and metal fabrication. Our work centers on shaping and fabricating metal parts with accuracy and care. We operate as a hands-on shop where people can learn and work across multiple areas of the floor.

Job Details

This role sets up and runs CNC press brakes to form precision metal parts from blueprints, holding tight tolerances and checking work with precision measuring tools. You will also support fabrication and finishing work and learn several areas of the shop. The schedule is either Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and run CNC press brakes in the 85–175 ton range
• Interpret complex blueprints and shop drawings to form parts correctly
• Bend parts to tight tolerances of roughly ±.005" and ½ degree
• Check part dimensions using calipers and micrometers
• Complete machine setups and offset adjustments on your own
• Help with fabrication, assembly, hardware insertion, grinding, deburring and finishing
• Cross-train across multiple areas of the shop

Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience setting up and operating 85–175 ton CNC press brakes, including independent setups and offset adjustments
• Experience reading blueprints and shop drawings
• Proven ability to measure parts with calipers and micrometers
• Experience using hand, power and air tools
